Meeting someone who just landed
- Everyone comes out through the single arrivals hall on the ground floor of the terminal.
- The airport suggests Car Park 5 for collecting passengers, a 5 to 10 minute walk. Car Park 1 is opposite the terminal. Compare them on drop-off and pick-up.
- Heading into Birmingham? The free Air-Rail Link and the train are the quickest option, about 10 minutes to New Street.

In the arrivals hall on the ground floor of the terminal. For a short wait, Car Park 5 or Car Park 1 are the usual choices; the Drop Off car park has a no return within one hour rule.
