Independent companies run car parks near the airport and meet and greet services that collect your car at the terminal. They can be cheaper, especially for long trips. Before you book, check:
- where the car is kept, and whether the car park is secure and insured;
- how you get to the terminal, and how long the transfer takes;
- what the price includes and what happens if your flight is late back;
- recent reviews, and that the firm is a member of a recognised parking scheme.
Electric cars, motorbikes and Blue Badges
- EV chargers are in the Premium Set Down car park.
- Motorcycles park in the sheltered bay in Car Park 2 (first left after the barriers).
- Every car park has Blue Badge bays at normal rates; in Premium Set Down Blue Badge holders get the first 30 minutes free. Blue Badge options.
